At CapsuleLands, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened (factory sealed), unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
International Shipping & Returns
For our customers in Canada and other international destinations, please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Exclusions & Market Volatility
Due to the nature of the Trading Card Game (TCG) market and its price volatility, we cannot accept returns on opened boxes, individual packs, or single cards. All sales for opened or tampered products are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@CapsuleLands.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.
